Hi, thanks for visiting our site. Our family has been ‘locksmithing’ in the North East for over 30 years. In 2008 my dad John became semi retired and I took over the reigns, his vast knowledge still comes in handy for some of the very tricky jobs we come across and traditional locksmithing such as making old church keys and locks for Victorian reclaimed locks. I have been with the business since 1992 and have seen many changes happen in that time as we move from mainly wooden doors and locks to Upvc and Composite types. My son Layton is also now working with us and along with studying joinery at college works two days a week with us learning the trade. He is now in second year of a three year apprenticeship and coming along great.
